Why The Customer Is Not Always Right

If the customer with his wish would cause an irreversible problem, for instance, a non-reversible toxification of the environment while the customer is unwilling
to take responsibility to solve this problem then companies simply have to say no.

Because companies are responsible of preventing damage
to earth and people as they are the once who invent the products.

An example
We provide you with fireproof material but in order for it to stay non-toxic for the environment you need to apply a protective coat once every month.
If the customer won’t do that and the company cannot retake the material and handle it, then it must not be produced in the first place.

In fact, most of our problems just exist because someone along the way refuses to take responsibility. So if you tell the customer yes we can create you that one magical device but it comes with these responsibilities and the customer just won’t take responsibility then the company has to do so
by saying no.
